Terms of Service

1. Rental Agreement

By placing a rental order with Oklahoma City Portable Toilet Rental, you agree to these Terms of Service. A rental agreement is formed when you confirm an order by phone or written confirmation. All rentals are subject to availability in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of delivery unless a prior credit arrangement has been established. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A valid contact name and phone number are required for all orders. For rentals exceeding 30 days, invoices are issued monthly.

Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. Past-due balances of 30+ days may result in unit retrieval without notice.

3. Delivery & Placement

You are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible placement of rental units. Units must be placed on stable, level ground accessible by our delivery truck. Oklahoma City Portable Toilet Rental is not liable for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, or driveways caused by delivery vehicles, unless negligence on our part is established.

Please mark or communicate any underground utilities prior to delivery. We are not liable for unmarked utility damage.

4. Damage & Liability

You are responsible for any damage to the rental unit beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period. This includes vandalism, theft, tipping, or damage from vehicle contact. Damaged or stolen units will be charged at replacement cost.

Oklahoma City Portable Toilet Rental is not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse of rental equipment or improper placement by the customer.

5. Prohibited Use

Rental units may not be used for disposal of hazardous materials, chemicals, or substances other than human waste and toilet paper. Introduction of foreign objects may result in additional cleaning charges or unit replacement costs. Units may not be relocated by anyone other than Oklahoma City Portable Toilet Rental personnel.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled delivery are accepted without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may incur a trip charge equal to 50% of the first rental period. Same-day cancellations after dispatch will be billed at the full first-period rate.

7. Service Frequency

Standard rentals include one service per week unless otherwise specified. Service involves pumping waste, restocking supplies, and sanitizing the unit. Additional service visits may be requested at additional cost. We reserve the right to service units early if sanitary conditions require it.

8. Force Majeure

Oklahoma City Portable Toilet Rental is not liable for delays or failures in delivery or service caused by acts of God, extreme weather, road closures, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to communicate delays and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of OK. Disputes shall be resolved in the county where Oklahoma City is located. Any legal action must be brought within 1 year of the event giving rise to the claim.
